Since Load Injectors (LIs) are initiated dynamically for a test, the list of IPs allocated for the test is not static and different for each test run.
If you have to test a target resource behind a firewall, you need to allow traffic from LI IP addresses in your network. In this case, use the Static Proxy option to run the test from predefined static IP addresses and whitelist these IPs in advance.
Generally, if it is necessary to get IPs that were used for the test, download the list immediately after starting the test as described here.
To send the traffic from static IP addresses, activate the Static Proxy option in the Load Injector Geo Distribution section. Once the option is activated, add zones and whitelist IP addresses associated with the selected zones.
Find the list of IP addresses corresponding to each zone in the table below. Make sure you have whitelisted all IPs provided next to a zone name in the table (two more backup addresses are used).

Whitelisting IPs for Device Validation and Calibration
To ensure a load test accuracy and to calibrate the test payload Dotcom-Monitor performs device validation and calibration.
Validator and Calibrator services are run from the separate IPs that must be whitelisted if a resource for the load test is behind a firewall:
Validator: 220.127.116.11 Calibrator: 18.104.22.168
A Load Test can be started without both validation and/or calibration. Nevertheless, these steps are crucial for the test results and it is highly recommended to whitelist the provided IPs to exclude possible connected failures.
Whitelisting EveryStep Scripting Tool IP for Web Application Testing
Web application testing usually involves scripts created with EveryStep Scripting Tool. ES Scripting Tool is run by Dotcom-Monitor from the dedicated IP. Thus to allow ES Scripting Tool to create a script for a web application load test, add the following IP to your firewall settings:
