Subscription Reports automatically generate and email monitoring reports on a recurring schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
Every generated report is assigned a unique Report ID and logged in the Report History, where you can search for reports by ID and review report execution history.
How to Subscribe to a Report
Dotcom-Monitor provides several ways to create report subscriptions. You can subscribe to reports on a single device, a group of devices, or the whole account (depending on the report type) from Reports > Report Subscriptions > New Subscription.
To subscribe to reports on a single device only, go to the device’s Report Subscriptions tab, or use Device Manager > select a device > Actions (â‹®) > Reports.
Available Report Types
Each report type is scoped to a single Device, a Group of selected devices, or the whole Account (no device selection needed).

Managing Subscription Reports
After you create a subscription, it appears under Reports > Report Subscriptions, where you can:
- Review the subscription configuration.
- Edit or delete the subscription.
- Postpone report generation without changing the subscription settings.
- Filter the subscription list
At the device level, the device’s Report Subscriptions tab shows how many subscriptions include that device and allows you to open the account-wide subscription list filtered for that device.
