Active Monitoring Subscription
For paid accounts with an active Monitoring subscription, Dotcom-Monitor automatically purges data from the system according to the following schedule.

Cancelled Subscription
When a subscription is cancelled, account data continues to be stored internally in accordance with the policy below. However, report generation — including the XML Feed — is not available unless the subscription is reactivated.

Free Trial Accounts
Trial account data is not retained after the end of the trial period.
Where to Delete All Data
To remove your account and all associated data permanently:
- Go to Subscriptions in your account settings.
- Cancel all active subscriptions.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Your account and all data will be erased permanently.
