Executive Summary Reports track the performance of monitored devices in the form of PDF reports that are received daily, weekly, or monthly.

Executive PDF reports provide details on the following:

  • Uptime and Performance
  • Uptime by Task
  • Uptime by Agent Location
  • Performance by Task
  • Average Performance by Task
  • Performance by Agent Location
  • Average Performance by Agent Location

Configuring an Executive Summary Report

An Executive Summary Report can be configured at the device level (Device Settings > Reports > Executive Summary) or at the account level (Reports > Executive Summary) to include aggregated statistics for selected devices.

  • Frequency: Specify how often the report should be generated.
  • Delivery Address Group: Choose a predefined notification group you want to receive the report.
  • Monitoring Agents: Choose one of the following options:
      • All Locations
      • Multiple Locations (select from a detailed list)
      • Single Location (select from the dropdown)
  • Filter: Select a previously created response filter to exclude specific error conditions from the report. For example, if a device frequently times out from one location but works correctly from others, you can filter out that timeout so it doesn’t count as an error.
  • Schedule: Select a predefined schedule to limit the report to errors occurring only during the scheduled time periods.
  • White Label (PDF Only): Upload your company logo to appear on the PDF report. The logo is displayed at the bottom of the page starting from the second page of the report.
