The Operator role is intended for operations teams, support personnel, and service desk users who need visibility into monitoring activity but should not have permissions to modify monitoring and load test setups or account settings.
Users assigned the Operator role can perform corrective actions (send test alerts, silence alerts for individual and multiple monitoring devices, and postpone/enable monitoring) when issues occur and have read-only access to Monitoring and Load Testing configuration and account administration settings.
