An SLA report summarizes service availability and performance against defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets over a selected reporting period. For a more detailed report description and usage insights, please see SLA Report: How to Create an SLA Report, SLA Monitoring, & Sample Reports.

Configuring an SLA Report

An SLA Report can be configured at the device level (Device Settings > Reports > SLA) or at the account level (Reports > SLA) to include aggregated statistics for selected devices.

Use the options below to configure and generate an SLA report that reflects your monitoring requirements. These settings allow you to control the scope, format, and delivery of the report.

  • Device: Select the device you want to include in the report. This field is prefilled when editing an existing SLA report.
  • Send To Email: Provide an individual email address you want to send the report to.
  • Delivery Address Group: Choose a predefined notification group you want to receive the report.
  • Monitoring Agents: Choose one of the following options:
      • All Locations
      • Multiple Locations (select from a detailed list)
      • Single Location (select from the dropdown)
  • SLA Uptime: Enter the expected uptime percentage for each reporting period. The SLA details table highlights in red any period where the uptime target is not met.
  • Aggregation: Select how the report data should be grouped. For example, choosing Daily creates one line item per day, while Weekly creates one line item per week.
  • Start -End Date: Specify the report start and end date and time using the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm.
  • Filter: Select a previously created response filter to exclude specific error conditions from the report. For example, if a device frequently times out from one location but works correctly from others, you can filter out that timeout so it doesn’t count as an error.
  • Scheduler: Select a predefined schedule to limit the report to errors occurring only during the scheduled time periods.
  • White Label (PDF Only): Upload your company logo to appear on the SLA PDF report. The logo is displayed at the bottom of the page starting from the second page of the report.
  • Output Format: At the bottom of the window, choose a PDF or CSV report format.
