Email Reports

Email Reports are scheduled reports delivered automatically and commonly used for performance reviews, compliance tracking, and presentations. Reports can be generated on daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedules and are available in PDF, and CSV formats.

Email Reports can be configured at the device level, or at the account level to include aggregated statistics for selected devices.

Shareable Reports

Shareable reports are designed for live status sharing and are accessible via secure, shareable URLs (GUIDs). They are commonly used in NOCs, wallboards, and external displays.

Interactive Reports

Interactive reports provide on-demand, drill-down access to monitoring data and are ideal for troubleshooting and detailed analysis.

BrowserView and UserView only Reports:

  • Waterfall Charts – interactive graphic of page object render speed in a browser.
  • Performance Report – a listing of the top 10% of the slowest and fastest rendering page objects.
  • “Hosts” Report – a listing of all hosting (including third-party hosts) rendering objects to a page.
  • Page Object Render Speed Trend Report – displays individual page object render speeds over time.

UserView only reports:

Trending is available across key performance metrics, including response time, uptime, and error rates, for Scheduled, Real-Time, and Interactive reports.

Reports can be filtered by:

  • Date and time range
  • Monitoring location
  • Monitoring success or error
  • Device up/down status (based on Uptime/Downtime calculation)

Raw monitoring data is also accessible via XML feeds and CSV exports, enabling users to build custom reports. Dotcom-Monitor Technical Support can assist with custom reporting requests not available in the standard interface.

White Labeling

Executive Summary and SLA PDF reports can be published with custom white labeling, such as your company logo, for client-facing or executive use. You can configure white labeling while setting up your report.
