Email Reports
Email Reports are scheduled reports delivered automatically and commonly used for performance reviews, compliance tracking, and presentations. Reports can be generated on daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedules and are available in PDF, and CSV formats.
Email Reports can be configured at the device level, or at the account level to include aggregated statistics for selected devices.
Available Email Reports include:
Shareable Reports
Shareable reports are designed for live status sharing and are accessible via secure, shareable URLs (GUIDs). They are commonly used in NOCs, wallboards, and external displays.
Available shareable reports include:
- Dashboard Panels – customizable dashboards with aggregated metrics
- Report Cards – compact status cards for quick visibility
Shareable reports provide both high-level summaries and detailed views, depending on configuration.
Interactive Reports
Interactive reports provide on-demand, drill-down access to monitoring data and are ideal for troubleshooting and detailed analysis.
Available interactive reports include:
- Monitor Status – real-time and recent status of devices and tasks
- Session Log – detailed log of executed monitoring sessions
- Device Overview Online Report – summary view of performance and availability per device
- Performance Matrix – comparative performance metrics across devices
- Device State Events – history of up/down state changes
Trending, Filtering, and Data Access
Trending is available across key performance metrics, including response time, uptime, and error rates, for Scheduled, Real-Time, and Interactive reports.
Reports can be filtered by:
- Date and time range
- Monitoring location
- Monitoring success or error
- Device up/down status (based on Uptime/Downtime calculation)
Raw monitoring data is also accessible via XML feeds and CSV exports, enabling users to build custom reports. Dotcom-Monitor Technical Support can assist with custom reporting requests not available in the standard interface.
White Labeling
Executive Summary and SLA PDF reports can be published with custom white labeling, such as your company logo, for client-facing or executive use. You can configure white labeling while setting up your report.
