The Performance Matrix provides a simple, centralized way to track key performance metrics for monitoring devices within an account. It organizes and visualizes device report data using widgets from various monitoring platforms, all within a single dashboard.
You can select which platforms and devices to display, customize widget settings, and download or print performance statistics. The dashboard also allows you to create new devices or edit existing devices and tasks directly from the interface.
You can access the Performance Matrix from Reports > Performance Matrix.
The Performance Matrix allows you to monitor the following statistics:
- Overall statistics on monitoring platforms
- Device status
- Alert status
- Average response time
- Last response time
- Response time per monitoring location.
You can also view device configurations (package type, number of tasks, and monitoring frequency), as well as access Device Overview online reports and Waterfall Charts for certain devices.
