By default, the limit is 100 emails per recipient per status per hour, and it can be adjusted from 1 to 1000.
If the system reaches the configured maximum threshold, an additional notification is sent indicating that Email Throttling for the account has been reached. This prevents excessive alerting and ensures recipients are not overwhelmed with repeated notifications.
