If your application cannot be accessed externally, use a Private Agent by Dotcom-Monitor to monitor internal-only resources, such as:
- Web apps on a local network
- Services protected by a firewall
- VPN-connected systems
How It Works
Once set up, the Private Agent functions as a private monitoring location:
- Runs monitoring checks based on your settings
- Collects performance data
- Triggers alerts if issues are detected
- All results are visible in your reports and dashboards alongside public monitoring data.
Find more information in the Private Monitoring Agent article.
How to Install
