Pricing Overview

Payment Methods
Credit Card: Dotcom-Monitor® services are available on a month-to-month basis, so there is no long-term contract. Credit card billing is setup when you create a Dotcom-Monitor® account, here. Credit cards are only charged at the start of the month for services that have been delivered in the previous month.
Invoices: Prepayment is available in six-month and 12-month options and is prorated from the start date of service through to the end of the current calendar year. In cases of service termination, or configuration changes, we will provide a price adjustment. We accept checks and wire transfers as payment.
Pricing Platform Packages

Package pricing is inclusive and includes all the monitoring locations, options and features available within the service. The only extra cost is for SMS and Phone alerts. As number of monitoring tasks increases the price decreases.

  • ServerView Monitoring™
    Multiple Packages are available from monitoring 1 task to over 1000 tasks with frequency ranging between 3 hours to 1 minute. Package may contain various monitoring task types that can be combined arbitrary into device groupings for easier management.

  • UserView Monitoring™
    Packages are available for monitoring multiple applications. Price is based on total number of steps throughout all monitoring transactions in the account. Packages range from 10 steps to 1000 steps with monitoring frequency from 3 hours to 1 minute.
