This could be connected with ATT’s recent message https://www.attens.com/customers/outages.shtml:
“We are currently experiencing DNS issues which could affect DMS clients who also host their DNS with ATT. Our Network Operations team is aware of the problem and is working the issue. No estimated time of restoral. Customers who only use ICDS/DMS services will be unaffected. Our highest level of technical support personnel have been engaged and are working to mitigate the issue.
