class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Este Acordo de Servi\u00e7o de Assinatura Dotcom-Monitor (\u201c<b>Acordo<\/b>\u201d) \u00e9 celebrado entre <b>Dotcom-Monitor, Inc.<\/b>, com escrit\u00f3rios em 2500 Shadywood Road, Suite #820, Orono, Minnesota 55356, EUA (\u201c<b>Vendedor<\/b>\u201d), e voc\u00ea, agindo como indiv\u00edduo ou entidade legal (\u201c<b>Assinante<\/b>\u201d).<\/p><p>Este Acordo rege o acesso e uso do Assinante aos servi\u00e7os pagos do Vendedor, servi\u00e7os de teste gratuito e quaisquer ofertas gratuitas ou promocionais disponibilizadas pelo Vendedor atrav\u00e9s de <b>dotcom-monitor.com<\/b>, <b>loadview-testing.com<\/b>, <b>dotcom-tools.com<\/b> e quaisquer outros sites, aplicativos, plataformas, softwares, APIs ou servi\u00e7os operados ou fornecidos pelo Vendedor agora ou no futuro (coletivamente, o \u201c<b>Servi\u00e7o<\/b>\u201d).<\/p><p>Ao clicar em <strong>\u201cEU ACEITO\u201d<\/strong>, acessar ou usar o Servi\u00e7o, o Assinante concorda em cumprir este Acordo.<\/p><p>Vendedor e Assinante podem ser referidos individualmente como \u201c<strong>Parte<\/strong>\u201d e coletivamente como
