(\u201c<b>Vendedor<\/b>\u201d), y usted, ya sea actuando como individuo o como entidad legal (\u201c<b>Suscriptor<\/b>\u201d).<\/p><p>Este Acuerdo regula el acceso y uso del Suscriptor a los servicios de pago del Vendedor, servicios de prueba gratuitos, y cualquier oferta gratuita o promocional ofrecida por el Vendedor a trav\u00e9s de <b>dotcom-monitor.com<\/b>, <b>loadview-testing.com<\/b>, <b>dotcom-tools.com<\/b> y cualquier otro sitio web, aplicaci\u00f3n, plataforma, software, API o servicios operados o proporcionados por el Vendedor ahora o en el futuro (colectivamente, el \u201c<b>Servicio<\/b>\u201d).<\/p><p>Al hacer clic en <strong>\u201cACEPTO\u201d<\/strong>, acceder o usar el Servicio, el Suscriptor acepta estar obligado por este Acuerdo.<\/p><p>El Vendedor y el Suscriptor pueden ser referidos individualmente como una \u201c<strong>Parte<\/strong>\u201d y colectivamente como las \u201c<strong>Partes<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ae8d410 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ae8d410\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-764e4c9\" data-id=\"764e4c9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1a1c6a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b1a1c6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='1-fecha-de-vigencia-y-per\u00edodo-de-suscripci\u00f3n'  id=\"boomdevs_2\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. FECHA DE VIGENCIA Y PER\u00cdODO DE SUSCRIPCI\u00d3N<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1b6b43b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1b6b43b\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-923fbb0\" data-id=\"923fbb0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0a4a27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0a4a27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Este Acuerdo entra en vigencia una vez que el Suscriptor lo acepte (\u201c<b>Fecha de Vigencia<\/b>\u201d).<\/p><p>Este Acuerdo permanecer\u00e1 vigente durante el t\u00e9rmino de suscripci\u00f3n seleccionado por el Suscriptor (el \u201c<b>Per\u00edodo de Suscripci\u00f3n<\/b>\u201d) y se renovar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente por t\u00e9rminos sucesivos salvo que cualquiera de las Partes proporcione un aviso por escrito de no renovaci\u00f3n al menos quince (15) d\u00edas antes del final del Per\u00edodo de Suscripci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fee9759 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fee9759\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a41f375\" data-id=\"a41f375\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4072748 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4072748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='2-propiedad-intelectual-y-licencia'  id=\"boomdevs_3\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y LICENCIA<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2803f79 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2803f79\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0fb2e18\" data-id=\"0fb2e18\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6750b0f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6750b0f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Vendedor retiene todos los derechos, t\u00edtulos e intereses sobre el Servicio, incluyendo todo software relacionado, plataformas, APIs, documentaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda y propiedad intelectual.<\/p><p>Sujeto a este Acuerdo, el Vendedor otorga al Suscriptor una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible, sin derecho a sublicenciar y revocable para acceder y usar el Servicio exclusivamente para los fines comerciales internos del Suscriptor durante el Per\u00edodo de Suscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5a038c5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5a038c5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7ede630\" data-id=\"7ede630\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af9e40e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"af9e40e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='3-declaraciones-y-garant\u00edas-del-suscriptor'  id=\"boomdevs_4\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. DECLARACIONES Y GARANT\u00cdAS DEL SUSCRIPTOR<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e97369f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e97369f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-62f2257\" data-id=\"62f2257\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d11cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d11cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Suscriptor declara y garantiza que:<\/p><ol><li>El Suscriptor no utiliza el Servicio para comparar, ingenier\u00eda inversa o desarrollar un producto o servicio competidor.<\/li><li>El Suscriptor usar\u00e1 el Servicio y cualquier dato generado (\u201c<strong>Datos<\/strong>\u201d) \u00fanicamente para fines l\u00edcitos.<\/li><li>El Suscriptor ha obtenido todos los derechos y autorizaciones necesarias para usar el Servicio en relaci\u00f3n con cualquier sistema, aplicaci\u00f3n o entorno accedido o probado.<\/li><li>El Suscriptor no est\u00e1 ubicado ni est\u00e1 sujeto a ninguna jurisdicci\u00f3n sujeta a restricciones o sanciones de exportaci\u00f3n de EE.\u00a0UU.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-a81d80a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a81d80a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f4c3fff\" data-id=\"f4c3fff\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99f1359 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"99f1359\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='4-uso-aceptable-y-condiciones-de-uso'  id=\"boomdevs_5\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. USO ACEPTABLE Y CONDICIONES DE USO<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6255f61 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6255f61\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-eb6dc62\" data-id=\"eb6dc62\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7f5df4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d7f5df4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Suscriptor cumplir\u00e1 con la Pol\u00edtica de Uso Aceptable del Vendedor (\u201c<b>PUA<\/b>\u201d), incorporada por referencia en este documento.<\/p><p>El Suscriptor no deber\u00e1:<\/p><ul><li>Usar herramientas automatizadas salvo que el Servicio lo permita;<\/li><li>Imponer carga irrazonable en los sistemas del Vendedor;<\/li><li>Acceder, probar o interactuar con sistemas sin la debida autorizaci\u00f3n;<\/li><li>Usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, maliciosas o enga\u00f1osas.<\/li><\/ul><p>El Vendedor podr\u00e1 suspender o terminar el acceso inmediatamente si el Suscriptor viola esta Secci\u00f3n o representa un riesgo legal, de seguridad u operativo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ffd1958 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ffd1958\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-961646f\" data-id=\"961646f\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-585f9db elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"585f9db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='5-uso-y-propiedad-de-los-datos'  id=\"boomdevs_6\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.
