class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This Dotcom-Monitor Subscription Service Agreement (u201c<b>Agreement<\/b>u201d) is entered into by and between <b>Dotcom-Monitor, Inc.<\/b>, having offices at 2500 Shadywood Road, Suite #820, Orono, Minnesota 55356, USA (u201c<b>Seller<\/b>u201d), and you, whether acting as an individual or a legal entity (u201c<b>Subscriber<\/b>u201d).<\/p><p>This Agreement governs Subscriberu2019s access to and use of Selleru2019s fee-based services, free trial services, and any free or promotional offerings made available by Seller through <b>dotcom-monitor.com<\/b>, <b>loadview-testing.com<\/b>, <b>dotcom-tools.com<\/b>, and any other websites, applications, platforms, software, APIs, or services operated or provided by Seller now or in the future (collectively, the u201c<b>Service<\/b>u201d).<\/p><p>By clicking <strong>u201cI AGREEu201d<\/strong>, accessing, or using the Service, Subscriber agrees to be bound by this Agreement.<\/p><p>Seller and Subscriber may be referred to individually as a u201c<strong>Party<\/strong>u201d and collectively as the SUBSCRIBER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e97369f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e97369f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-62f2257\" data-id=\"62f2257\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d11cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d11cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Subscriber represents and warrants that:<\/p><ol><li>Subscriber is not using the Service to benchmark, reverse engineer, or develop a competing product or service.<\/li><li>Subscriber shall use the Service and any generated data (u201c<strong>Data<\/strong>u201d) solely for lawful purposes.<\/li><li>Subscriber has obtained all necessary rights and authorizations to use the Service in connection with any systems, applications, or environments accessed or tested.<\/li><li>Subscriber is not located in, and is not subject to, any jurisdiction subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-a81d80a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a81d80a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f4c3fff\" data-id=\"f4c3fff\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99f1359 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"99f1359\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id='4-acceptable-use-and-conditions-of-use'  id=\"boomdevs_5\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.
