December, 22 2014 – On Dec. 22, 10:25 AM – 10:35 AM CST the Dotcom-Monitor system experienced a system issue that resulted in intermittent monitoring from all monitoring locations. As a result, some clients experienced gaps in monitoring. Research determined the issue was caused by a database issue, which was resolved by 10:35 AM CST. The total outage time was less than 10 minutes.
