On Thursday, April 3, 2014 a DDoS attack resulted in an ISP outage for the Virginia (VA) node location. The issue resulting from the DDoS attack was resolved; however we are still experiencing routing issues with the VA node.
This impacts all Dotcom-Monitor users that have the VA monitoring location enabled. Users should note that the VA node is currently switched off to avoid any false positives to their account.
We expect the issue to be fully resolved by Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the VA node after this DDoS attack.
If you have questions about this VA monitoring node issue, please contact Dotcom-Monitor via chat, support[at]dotcom-monitor[dot]com or 1-888-479-0741.
Thank you,
Dotcom-Monitor
