Dotcom-Monitor Service Issue

Wednesday 1/18/2017 around 4PM CST Dotcom-Monitor started to experience packet loss with upstream provider.  This caused some delay in monitoring from certain locations, as server couldn’t process all requests coming in at the regular rate.  Around 4:45 CST we failed-over to secondary link and service was restored completely by 5:00PM CST. We are working with upstream provider to determine the root cause.
