| Real-Time
Online Overall Summary Report:
This report provides up to minute aggregate statistics on
your web site for the date/time range specified. This report
includes:
Number of Successes - Total Number of checks we made
that were successful.
Number of Failures - Total Number of checks that failed.
Average Response Time(sec) - Shows performance of your
web site.
Response Time STDDev - The standard deviation is a
statistic that tells you how tightly all performed checks
are clustered around the mean in a set of data. If standard
deviation is low, that means your device has a consistent
performance. If the number is high, that means the device
performance varies a lot within date/time range specified.
Downtime Percentage - we use proprietary algorithm
to calculate with great precision the actual downtime that
we detected.

Online Detailed Report:
The report provides up to minutes activity statistics for
he device monitored. The report is used most of the time for
problem troubleshooting and real-time performance snapshot.

Performance Breakdown Report:

report will provide you with each element statistics, showing

Daily
Summary Email Reports:
Reports are emailed each morning to individual or a group of
people with last day uptime and performance statistics. If errors
were encountered during previous day, the error date/time and
description attached to the report.

Summary Email Reports:
Similar to daily reports, only provide statistics for the whole
last week. Those reports are emailed each Monday morning and
contain previous week summary data.
