Multiuser Website and Network Monitoring Support DOTCOM-MONITOR
recognizes the need for security, integrity, and the ability to
access data within our network and website monitoring service. To accommodate these needs Dotcom-Monitor
supports multiple logins with different permissions for the same
account. Therefore, Dotcom-Monitor supports three types of users,
including:

Super User:
login of the user who creates the Dotcom-Monitor account.
There can only be one Super User per account. This user has
unlimited rights within the account and can create, modify,
and delete other logins.

Power User:
this user can perform all operations within an account, except
make changes to another users' access. There is no limitation
on the number of power-users within a web site monitoring account.

|
Read-Only User:
this user can view settings, run multiple reports, and build
graphs. However, they cannot make any changes to any settings
within an account. There is no limitation on the number of
read-only-users within a web site monitoring account. |
