Our Guarantee To You:
DOTCOM-MONITOR pricing is competitive, fair, customer service centered, and based on the value we deliver to you. There is no set-up fee, online reports are free, pricing is based on specific services used (reconciled daily, not monthly), and billing occurs only after service is successfully delivered.

Payment Methods:

	Credit Card: charged at the beginning of next month for the delivered service in the previous month. Credit Card information can be entered online.
	Invoices: 6 or 12 Month Prepayment Plan, prorated from the starting day through the end of current year. We generate the invoices for those plans and in case of termination or configuration change we guarantee reimbursement or price adjustment. For this option you can send us a check or process a wire transfer.

PACKAGES
Any package include unlimited number of notifications via e-mail, wireless-device (e-mail required), and numeric pager. You can organize easily alerting using our group notification tool.
Details of each notification Occurrence fee , only applied to numeric pager device, is specified in the Notification table below.

Package includes SSL Protected site monitoring and all reporting tools except Summary CSV format reports.
